‘Conversations with Bread’ was commissioned by Milton Keynes International Festival for World Picnic. Festival goers joined a performative journey about the story of an artisan loaf of bread, beginning with rock, soil and grain seed, to wheat plant, harvested grain, stoneground flour, sourdough leaven and dough making.
